Custom 312mm vented rear big brake conversion kit. Converts the steel rear spindles on MK5 / MK6 Jetta / Golf / Tiguan / Sportwagen (increases width by 15mm each side from stock steel uprights). This kit also fits B6 Passat 2wd. Used OEM VW Passat Aluminum rear spindles – Right and Left Used OEM Audi S4 Rear vented calipers & brackets – Right and Left NEW Coated Audi A8L 312mm vented brake discs & ceramic pads – Right and Left NEW Grade 10.9 Fasteners and sleeves Used low miles braided stainless brake hoses, M12 Banjo fittings (larger diameter; your stock ones wont fit) The bolt sleeves need to be OD sanded approx 1mm and press fit into the spindles, assemble with mounting bolts and stainless steel washers (included). I bought this setup to convert my sportwagen that was running Golf R brakes and TT Control arms (+15mm width) but I recently sold my wagon and bought an S7 and no longer need this kit. |
